Director of Technology

Insomniac Design is a global digital agency headquartered in Washington D.C., with offices in London, Bucharest and Chisinau.  We’re an agile, determined and innovative team organized by functional areas of expertise — Creative, Technology, Strategy, and Management. We specialize in human-centered design with deep focus on design thinking and digital transformation.

The Director of Technology is responsible for leading Insomniac Design’s development and engineering team to success by setting standards and processes, steering the development of high-quality, robust web products, and guiding the professional growth of the team. This is an opportunity to shape the future of technology at an innovative digital agency, with tangible impact not only on software architecture, but team culture and business decisions.
